Export a database via phpMyAdmin:

    1.Log into your cPanel

  1. Navigate to phpMyAdminunder the Databases section

    

  1. Inside the phpMyAdmin, select the database name from the left-hand menu

 

   4. Click the Export tab in the main area of phpMyAdmin.
