Steps to Restore Your Email Account or Individual Emails

  1. Log into cPanel: The first step is to log into your cPanel account. You can access cPanel directly through the intoHOST Clientarea at https://intohost.com/.

  2. Navigate to JetBackup: Once logged in, look for the JetBackup section. JetBackup is the tool we use for all our backups, and it's where you'll start the restoration process.

  3. Choose Email Backups: Within JetBackup, you'll find an option for "Email Backups." This is where all backups related to email accounts and individual emails are stored.

  4. Select the Backup: Browse through the list of available backups. Remember, intoHOST creates backups every week, so choose the most relevant backup that likely contains your email account or the specific emails you wish to restore.
