There could be several reasons why your emails are treated as spam. Spam filters and email providers use various criteria to identify and classify emails as spam.

 Some of the most common reasons include:

1. Sending Bulk  Emails: If you send a large number of emails in a short period, it might be flagged as spam, especially if the recipients haven't explicitly opted to receive emails from you.

2. Unverified sender: If your email authentication settings, such as SPF, DKIM, or DMARC, are not properly configured, it may raise suspicions about the authenticity of your emails.

3. IP Address Reputation:  The mail server’s IP address is blacklisted.

4Recipient complaints: If users mark your emails as spam, it can contribute to your emails being filtered as spam in the future.
